The service
Sharyk gives founders an AI "cofounder": cited answers on Omani business topics, a deterministic finance tool, a boardroom, and generated artifacts. It is a productivity aid.
Not professional advice
The cofounders provide general guidance, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Compliance answers are shown with their source, or refused when no verified source exists, but you must confirm anything important with a licensed lawyer or accountant before acting. Numbers from the finance tool are computed from the inputs you provide.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be able to enter into a contract and use the service lawfully.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to process other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, or to attempt to disable its safety guardrails. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business information you enter and the artifacts generated for you. You grant us the limited right to process them to run the features you use.
Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is" during this early phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on generated output; always verify before acting.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time (Account → Delete), which removes your data. We may end access if these terms are breached.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We may update them; material changes will require renewed consent at sign-in.
